Feature

The machine is composed of the following models:

RGB Module for ceramic industry
This new module was designed in order to achieve a single machine with many of the tests required by the regulations.

Green Module Test efficiency of the discharge fo WC.
The machine allows two tests: The waste test of balls and hte evacuation of test pieces and the volume of the rins discharge occurred.

Yellow vacuum leak test module for WC
The machine allows for leak test of the vacuum vessel to verify that they are losses and thus ensure its proper functioning, without loss of potentially contaminating liquids or vapors.

Black test module load resistence fo WC and Wash Basin
The black module has been produced to do the static local test on w.c. and basin.

Blue exhaust flow test module boxes
The blue module was created in order to test the exhaust flow on all types of sanitary ware. The module is equipped with a cassette exhaust line with what the given rule.

Blue enamal abrasion test module
The module tests the glaze abrasion through corundum wheel and the colouring agent retention test (Which simultes the liquid impurities)

Red Module Test Of Wash Basin
The red module is designed to perform a series of tests. It is equipped with a system fitted with cassette discharge pneumatic actuators that allow complete control of function through the management software.

Electric control and monitoring
The electrical command and control is the heart of the machine in question.
