The module consists of:
- 1. Aluminum bench support for ground fixation of sanitary, by means of brackets sanitary suspended.
- 2. Deposit exhaust Geberit (or similar) button with exhaust pneumatic control.
- 3. Box built specifically as reference standards (UNI997)
- 4. Group's electronic survey of the level of the tape.
- 5. Electrical panel of the module.
- 6. Pneumatic.
- 7. Plumbing.
Counter Support
The bench support consists of aluminum sections fitted with adjustable screw feet in height for positioning in the plane of the system. Later there is a wall with holes for mounting the boxes to check. The vessel is supported on two rods of aluminum, where can vase suspended mount brackets for mounting. Given the configuration of the support system, can be fitted: hanging pots, vases on the floor, wall pots and packaged with tape match.
Appraisal system exhaust flow cassettes
The system consists of:
- Precision flow meter for loading cassettes;
- Group sensing devices (nasogastric group) the level of fluid mounted on removable media for easy adaptation to the cassette coupled to the vessel;
- Box clear polycarbonate constructed as Appendix A to the UNI 997, complete with valves and level probes fixed;
Automatic control of discharge of the cassette reference air operated;
Procedure
Install the tape coupled with the vessel to check it nurtures the hydraulic connections (power and exhaust). Run a complete cycle of discharge. Position the tube in the box so that it does not interfere with the mechanisms thereof. Lower the first probe (probe common always in contact with water) until the complete bar of the bottom of the box. Load 0.5 liters of water with the appropriate command (the meter accuracy will be measured accurately water loaded) and place the second probe to the surface of the water. When the probe touches the water the system emits a continuous sound to indicate proper placement. Load more water equal to 1 liter less than the full amount of discharge of the box to be checked using the appropriate command. Place the third probe to the water. A continuous sound will indicate correct positioning of the probe. Fill the box with more water to reach the full capacity of the exhaust to test. With the tube properly positioned in the box you can run 5 consecutive trials by recording the time of discharge water outlet between the second and third probe. The system calculates the average of 5 times to download and use this value to calculate the average discharge flow of the cassette coupled to the vase. The same procedure is used to position the tube in the mailbox of reference (one-off operation to be done). Connect the unloading of the cassette reference to health care (including dormant vase mounted with brackets) to test and proceed as for jars coupled execution of 5 tests provided.
Further additional feature of the machine is represented by the fact that the machine itself guides the operator step by step with voice instructions.
The machine is CE marked and fitted with user manuals and maintenance.
