Light Yellow (WC Leak Test) is a new machine for trap seal testing in ceramic sanitaryware developed by Civita Castellana (VT) based Sait srl. Light Yellow (WC Leak Test) is a cheap test machine developed for production and able to do big quantities of test. Designed specifically for close-coupled suites and one-piece WC pans and intended to complement other lines in the CheckSan family, the system stands out for its low cost and simplicity of use. Light Yellow (WC Leak Test) can be connected up with production analysis barcode systems, while its user interface can be configured in the desired language. The system has proved highly successful both in Italy and abroad and has been adopted by many key players in the world of international sanitaryware production (Roca, Sanitec, Eczacibasi, Catalano, Hatria, Kerasan), allowing them to improve the quality standards of their products.
Light Yellow (WC Leak Test), due to its project, has a computer that works the leak test phase, this fact avoids the operator to follow the manometer control during the whole test phase, but the resulta is given by the computer. All this allows the operator to work on two machines alternatively, doubling productivity, and avoids the leak tests to have false negative leak result, because is very difficult to see little movement of manometer needle.
Even better results can be achieved by combining Light Yellow (WC Leak Test) with Tracksan, a production control barcode system also produced by Sait that allows information (especially information concerning trap seal and repair) to be tracked during the process.
