Multifunction instrument using standard 48x96mm. The ATR500 is the ideal solution for applications where you need speed acquisition, configuration flexibility and precision.
The analog input is configurable for temperature (TC J, K, S, PT100, NI100, 16bit resolution, sampling at 15Hz) for normalized inputs (0 ... 10V, 0 ... 20mA, 4 ... 20mA, 16bit resolution, sampling at 15Hz) and potentiometers (3 wire voltage, 10 and 16bit, with automatic calibration procedure), which function as interceptor / indicator to 4 action levels (set point). The input 0 .. 10V to 10bit resolution ensures interception times of the order of 10ms (sampling frequency 100Hz). In this configuration are 4 programmable set point, can be associated with as many outputs ON / OFF with hysteresis relay (5A resistive load) or SSR. There are also 2 digital inputs PNP, the first for the blocking of exits, the second for switching set point.
Another configuration includes the duties of bidirectional counter for encoder input (maximum speed 25KHz) or PNP digital input (speed max. 100Hz), with two programmable outputs from the keyboard. In this configuration are 2 programmable outputs, absolute or timed, compared with 2 set points, associated with 2 relays (5A resistive load).
