It is a power valve that allows a double acting cylinder or a similar pneumatic system to make the process of return automatically and without the aid of limit switches. The frequency with which successive stages is determined by adjusting two screws placed at one end side of the oscillator and protected by a cover. Set screws determine each other's time to stop in the state of rest, the other time to stop in the state of maximum travel. On request, the adjustment can be done remotely by placing regulators to the panel.
In the presence of mains power, the oscillator, being equipped with a stall, do not permit the arrest of the cylinder in a random position different from the two terminals. In case of loss of system pressure, to his restored immediately bring the valve to the starting position.
There are three types of oscillation:
cod. 01.044.4 is the simplest type. To activate the oscillations is sufficient mains pressure.
cod. 01.046.4 To make possible the movements you need to send and maintain a pneumatic signal to the control point X. The pressure of the control signal may be different than the one used to power the valve.
cod. 01.008.3 The oscillations are initiated by an electrical control with separate power supply. Is therefore needed in the presence of air at point X and an electrical signal to electric driven situated there in. The air pressure at the point X may be different than the one used to power the valve.
